Buying Your Home

"At PARK CO., REALTORS®, we work with many home buyers throughout the year. One of my favorite aspects of working with buyers is being able to educate them on the homebuying process.

A few tips to keep in mind when purchasing a new home would be to first find a REALTOR® to represent you. You’ll want to work with someone who understands your goals as well as your personality.

Next, it’s important that you find a lender and get pre-approved. Once you’ve been pre-approved you can start shopping for your next home!

After you have an accepted offer on a property, we will schedule a home inspection, followed by an appraisal from your lender.

Once everything has been given the green light, we will proceed to Closing where you will officially become the owner of your new home!"
