The only feedback I would give is that we were selling a rental property which was vacant, but we were not informed each time the home was showed, or when people were doing walk throughs in the home. We were told some of the time, but it would have been nice to have been more informed on this. True, the house was vacant, but it was still our home and we would have appreciated a heads up.
Otherwise, our experience was absolutely phenomenal and we will go back to Park Company again for our future real estate needs!

Needing a flexible schedule to view houses, as we needed to travel 3 hours every time we needed to view houses, Diane was always accommodating. There was never a time we requested, that she was unavailable. There were 4 separate weekends where we went to view houses, the first 3 visits, we did not love any house we visited. But we never felt pressured to buy a house that Diane showed us, and she made it clear to us that she did not want to pressure us into something we did not want. This picture attached to this review illustrates a text message exchange between Tasha Barrett and I.
The first part of this text message exchange where I am asking Tasha Barrett to make the sale of our house happened and reiterated to her that I know she can do it, this message was sent to her on Tuesday February 27th, 2018.
3 Days later, on March 2nd,2018 on the text message where I called her Super Tasha, I am thanking her for the sale of our house, and that smiley face you see, which is nothing compared to the better/actual smile of Tasha Barrett, yes, that smiley face is an emoji from Tasha smiling of happiness, for my wife and I because the sale of our house happened.
Moral of the story:
Choose your words wisely when you engage Tasha Barrett, because if your goal is to sale your house, she will make it happen, if your goal is to buy a house, she will also make it happen.
In one word, she is Great and has nothing but her clients needs at heart, your success is her success and she wants nothing but a positive experience when you are under her wings.

Jenn was incredible and far beyond our expectations! We were not planning on going with a realtor but we happened across Jenn and we are so glad we did. I didn’t think buying a home was so difficult and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. And if we somehow managed to do it on our own I know it would have been a mess and 10 times harder. Not only that, but instead of relying on Zillow and other home sites we had someone who heard right away if a home came on the market that fit our criteria and she let us know right away. When our dream house finally came about Jenn arranged a late night viewing and stayed with us to write up our offer until midnight because there was already an offer on the house and more people who viewed it that day. In the end there were 3 offers on the house including ours but we got it! During the paperwork, negotiations, etc. that followed Jenn kept us up to date on everything and explained what steps were next each step of the way.
