If a home is in a desirable area, it may sell fairly quickly.
The condition of the property will also affect the list price; if a home is in good condition, the sellers will be able to ask more for it, where as a home that needs repairs may not be able to get top dollar.
The style of the home will also play into the market value of the property. Certain style homes may have more demand at times than other styles.
It all depends on what buyers are looking for in their home search at that particular time."
