My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Shane on two separate home purchases and the sale of one. We have been very very fortunate to have him in our corner. Shane always has gone above and beyond for us. In both instances, we were going through the home building process, and the first time through, it was all very foreign to us. Shane always worked through any questions or concerns that we have and was our voice when communicating with the builders, the lender, and the title company. He was even willing to contact the land developer with some questions when we showed interest in an empty lot when the building process was over a year away. His professionalism is second to none. He Genuinely cares about his clients and the overall customer experience. Many times when we would have meetings with the builder, Shane would be at the meeting without us even knowing it would fit into his schedule to do so. The home selling process was another foreign experience for us first timers. Shane made it all a very smooth process and was with us every step of the way. He came by and did a walkthrough of the house and gave us some tips on what we should have done/ repaired/ straightened up before listing. He had some comps prepared for where we want to start our listing at and had interested buyers generated immediately. It took us only about a week to sell, and it sold for almost exactly what we were asking. Shane always gave us as much of a heads up notice as possible when we were having a showing, and he always called to get our thoughts on offers received. Lastly on this topic, he always kept us and our wishes front of mind when communicating with other realtors on the counter offer process. Without any hesitation, I would without a doubt refer anyone, even my closest family and friends to Shane as their realtor. He is a top notch professional.

I knew Dan Hedrick for a short time 40 years ago and had no idea what he did for a living, when I bought my first house in Harwood 6 or 7 years ago I picked Park Co out of a hat and this "Dan" met me at the house in Harwood.... thought hmmmm I should know him, got to talking and yes from 40 years ago he lived in my small ND home town for a short time.. knowing that I knew he would have the small town values that I do and would be a straight shooter! When new houses came on the market he was truthful about features and which ones did/did not meet our needs. Based upon that, we would decide whether to look. Once we found our new home, James provided us with a nice structure for completing the purchase agreement. He gave suggestions on how to add or omit options that would help attract the seller to our purchase request, which worked!!
As we completed documents throughout the closing process, we decided to sign everything electronically. This was an extremely easy process and James was once again detailed in his documentation. If we had questions because of the legal jargon, he clarified easily. He was with us throughout the closing and as questions popped up in the days after. He celebrated as much as we did because we all knew it was the home that perfectly met our wish list!

Jamie was awesome!!! The house I sold was the first home I had ever owned and I had lived there for almost sixteen years so at times I had a hard time parting with the home. I met with Jamie in May or June 2019 and she gave me some suggestions on changes, when I got those all made we met in January of 2020 and signed the listing paperwork. The townhouse went on the MLS in the afternoon of February 17th and by the afternoon of the 20th I had two full price offers!!! I was shocked as my neighbors had been listed for a week or two before mine at the exact same price and is still for sale. The closing was scheduled for April 10th, it was 53 days from listing to closing! Plus with a pandemic going Jamie had things go smoothly!

In the last year, my family moved from Bismarck to Moorhead. We asked our Bismarck agent to get us in contact with someone we could trust, and Diane was the person.
Needing a flexible schedule to view houses, as we needed to travel 3 hours every time we needed to view houses, Diane was always accommodating. There was never a time we requested, that she was unavailable. There were 4 separate weekends where we went to view houses, the first 3 visits, we did not love any house we visited. But we never felt pressured to buy a house that Diane showed us, and she made it clear to us that she did not want to pressure us into something we did not want. She was not looking to make a quick sell, rather, was looking for our best interests. One of the qualities we liked so much about Diane on our visits, was her knowledge. She would point out areas of houses that would need work (i.e. leaky faucets, sump pump maintenance required, water damage around windows, etc...), like I said, she was not looking for a quick sell. She was working in our best interests, and wanted us to be fully informed, and she did exactly that.
On our 4th visit, with Diane's help, we did find the house we wanted, and we loved (and 9 months later, we still do).

I had previously used a realtor from Park to buy a house. The purchase went smoothly, and he was a great realtor. Unfortunately, I could not use him due to a divorce settlement; I had to use Park, and he had left the company. He recommended a realtor he knew at Park, Valerie. Valerie was utterly incompetent, lacked common sense and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I would give her information regarding when the house was unavailable to show, and she would message with a scheduled showing during that time. For example, a showing at 7:30 pm that lasted until 8:30 pm during a school night when I have young kids with school the next day.
She scheduled pictures before walking through the house and stating what she wanted differently. Upon arrival at the home, she wanted it "show ready" with two teenagers, one disabled adult, two children, and myself living there, leading to the photographs needing rescheduling after I had already taken time off work. In her initial communication, she was entirely unclear, stating she wanted the house to "look ready."
During a showing, she said my front door could not get opened and rescheduled several showings that day. Finally, when I got home, I turned the knob, and it opened. Unfortunately, I had informed her that the door turned hard, and she had forgotten entirely.
This was the most unorganized realtor I have ever dealt with, and I would not recommend her. I cannot begin to tell you how completely unsatisfied I am with her.
