In the last year, my family moved from Bismarck to Moorhead. We asked our Bismarck agent to get us in contact with someone we could trust, and Diane was the person.
Needing a flexible schedule to view houses, as we needed to travel 3 hours every time we needed to view houses, Diane was always accommodating. There was never a time we requested, that she was unavailable. There were 4 separate weekends where we went to view houses, the first 3 visits, we did not love any house we visited. But we never felt pressured to buy a house that Diane showed us, and she made it clear to us that she did not want to pressure us into something we did not want. I met with Jamie in May or June 2019 and she gave me some suggestions on changes, when I got those all made we met in January of 2020 and signed the listing paperwork. The townhouse went on the MLS in the afternoon of February 17th and by the afternoon of the 20th I had two full price offers!!! A few days before closing on the home I was buying, we found an issue with the house that was not disclosed. The first part of this text message exchange where I am asking Tasha Barrett to make the sale of our house happened and reiterated to her that I know she can do it, this message was sent to her on Tuesday February 27th, 2018.
3 Days later, on March 2nd,2018 on the text message where I called her Super Tasha, I am thanking her for the sale of our house, and that smiley face you see, which is nothing compared to the better/actual smile of Tasha Barrett, yes, that smiley face is an emoji from Tasha smiling of happiness, for my wife and I because the sale of our house happened.

So thank you for not saying so but just being you and in your oh oh so nice way saying I’m sure there is a deodorizer we can find…. The new carpet and paint investment was worth every dollar.
So while you assisted with letting in contractors, painters, assessors, put on the open houses completed private showings, you also went WAY above and beyond but assuring that a leak that had been observed at the time of the final appraisal was repaired and no further issues were noted!
All of these things along with great attention to the details and tenacity throughout the project helped me get top dollar in my neighborhood and price bracket!
