I had previously used a realtor from Park to buy a house. The purchase went smoothly, and he was a great realtor. Unfortunately, I could not use him due to a divorce settlement; I had to use Park, and he had left the company. He recommended a realtor he knew at Park, Valerie. Valerie was utterly incompetent, lacked common sense and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I would give her information regarding when the house was unavailable to show, and she would message with a scheduled showing during that time. For example, a showing at 7:30 pm that lasted until 8:30 pm during a school night when I have young kids with school the next day.
She scheduled pictures before walking through the house and stating what she wanted differently. Upon arrival at the home, she wanted it "show ready" with two teenagers, one disabled adult, two children, and myself living there, leading to the photographs needing rescheduling after I had already taken time off work. In her initial communication, she was entirely unclear, stating she wanted the house to "look ready."
During a showing, she said my front door could not get opened and rescheduled several showings that day. Finally, when I got home, I turned the knob, and it opened. Unfortunately, I had informed her that the door turned hard, and she had forgotten entirely.
This was the most unorganized realtor I have ever dealt with, and I would not recommend her. I cannot begin to tell you how completely unsatisfied I am with her.

A few days before closing on the home I was buying, we found an issue with the house that was not disclosed. Chris worked many hours calling in experts to look at the issue, making phone calls, and giving me advice on my options. Shane always has gone above and beyond for us. In both instances, we were going through the home building process, and the first time through, it was all very foreign to us. Shane always worked through any questions or concerns that we have and was our voice when communicating with the builders, the lender, and the title company. He was even willing to contact the land developer with some questions when we showed interest in an empty lot when the building process was over a year away. His professionalism is second to none. After meeting Tasha at the kiosk in the mall one Sunday, she gave us the impression that buying a house wasn’t as hard or complicated as we thought. We then saw her later that day at an open house, where she was nice, fun, informative and very reassuring. It was instantaneously clear that we wanted her to be our realtor. The whole process took a couple of years for us, and during that time she was very patient; checking in on us and giving us advice and information that made house buying pretty attainable. When the serious house shopping began, I was a little stunned and shocked at how accessible Tasha was, and how many late hours she was willing to put in, all while successfully running a family with multiple children. She was a simply a text or call away, and squeezed in showings easily between all of our complicated schedules. After seeing a handful of houses with us, she knew what we wanted before we did, and suggested the house we ended up buying. Aside from personality, Tasha’s biggest asset is communication. She was so easy to reach all the time and always got answers to all of our questions. She made a process that seemed complicated and impossible very simple and easy. We understand there are many variables such as market, right buyer, etc. but we truly believe Jenny is a shining star in the FM real estate wold.
