Jenn was incredible and far beyond our expectations! We were not planning on going with a realtor but we happened across Jenn and we are so glad we did. I didn’t think buying a home was so difficult and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. And if we somehow managed to do it on our own I know it would have been a mess and 10 times harder. Not only that, but instead of relying on Zillow and other home sites we had someone who heard right away if a home came on the market that fit our criteria and she let us know right away. In the end there were 3 offers on the house including ours but we got it! I met with Jamie in May or June 2019 and she gave me some suggestions on changes, when I got those all made we met in January of 2020 and signed the listing paperwork. The townhouse went on the MLS in the afternoon of February 17th and by the afternoon of the 20th I had two full price offers!!! In the last year, my family moved from Bismarck to Moorhead. We asked our Bismarck agent to get us in contact with someone we could trust, and Diane was the person.
Needing a flexible schedule to view houses, as we needed to travel 3 hours every time we needed to view houses, Diane was always accommodating. There was never a time we requested, that she was unavailable. There were 4 separate weekends where we went to view houses, the first 3 visits, we did not love any house we visited. But we never felt pressured to buy a house that Diane showed us, and she made it clear to us that she did not want to pressure us into something we did not want. She was not looking to make a quick sell, rather, was looking for our best interests. One of the qualities we liked so much about Diane on our visits, was her knowledge. Mr. Hedrick sold me that house in Harwood and since then a great home in North Fargo and now this upgrade for us in Mapleton ND. for the last 5 months with all the homes he showed us within 30 miles of Fargo ( at least 20 different homes) not once did we feel like we were putting him out by chasing around the county with our busy lives!! some homes that he would show us that we kinda liked but wasn't sure on he could sense it and " I don't think this is the one" and tell us why and he was right! lots of knowledge of homes, where, when, who built them! things that a " rookie realtor" would not know. so in short Dan has become a friend and will be coming out for steaks just as quick as we get settled in....
