James initially talked with us about our expectations for a home, including price and needed features. When new houses came on the market he was truthful about features and which ones did/did not meet our needs. Based upon that, we would decide whether to look. He gave us no pressure when looking, answered questions consistently, and pointed out features we didn't initially notice.
Once we found our new home, James provided us with a nice structure for completing the purchase agreement. He gave suggestions on how to add or omit options that would help attract the seller to our purchase request, which worked!!
As we completed documents throughout the closing process, we decided to sign everything electronically. This was an extremely easy process and James was once again detailed in his documentation. If we had questions because of the legal jargon, he clarified easily. He was with us throughout the closing and as questions popped up in the days after. He celebrated as much as we did because we all knew it was the home that perfectly met our wish list!

Mr. Hedrick sold me that house in Harwood and since then a great home in North Fargo and now this upgrade for us in Mapleton ND. for the last 5 months with all the homes he showed us within 30 miles of Fargo ( at least 20 different homes) not once did we feel like we were putting him out by chasing around the county with our busy lives!! some homes that he would show us that we kinda liked but wasn't sure on he could sense it and " I don't think this is the one" and tell us why and he was right! lots of knowledge of homes, where, when, who built them! things that a " rookie realtor" would not know. so in short Dan has become a friend and will be coming out for steaks just as quick as we get settled in.... I had previously used a realtor from Park to buy a house. The purchase went smoothly, and he was a great realtor. Unfortunately, I could not use him due to a divorce settlement; I had to use Park, and he had left the company. He recommended a realtor he knew at Park, Valerie. Valerie was utterly incompetent, lacked common sense and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I would give her information regarding when the house was unavailable to show, and she would message with a scheduled showing during that time. For example, a showing at 7:30 pm that lasted until 8:30 pm during a school night when I have young kids with school the next day.
She scheduled pictures before walking through the house and stating what she wanted differently. Upon arrival at the home, she wanted it "show ready" with two teenagers, one disabled adult, two children, and myself living there, leading to the photographs needing rescheduling after I had already taken time off work. In her initial communication, she was entirely unclear, stating she wanted the house to "look ready."
During a showing, she said my front door could not get opened and rescheduled several showings that day. Finally, when I got home, I turned the knob, and it opened. Unfortunately, I had informed her that the door turned hard, and she had forgotten entirely.
This was the most unorganized realtor I have ever dealt with, and I would not recommend her. I cannot begin to tell you how completely unsatisfied I am with her.

Many times when we would have meetings with the builder, Shane would be at the meeting without us even knowing it would fit into his schedule to do so. The home selling process was another foreign experience for us first timers. Shane made it all a very smooth process and was with us every step of the way. He came by and did a walkthrough of the house and gave us some tips on what we should have done/ repaired/ straightened up before listing. It took us only about a week to sell, and it sold for almost exactly what we were asking. This picture attached to this review illustrates a text message exchange between Tasha Barrett and I.
The first part of this text message exchange where I am asking Tasha Barrett to make the sale of our house happened and reiterated to her that I know she can do it, this message was sent to her on Tuesday February 27th, 2018.
3 Days later, on March 2nd,2018 on the text message where I called her Super Tasha, I am thanking her for the sale of our house, and that smiley face you see, which is nothing compared to the better/actual smile of Tasha Barrett, yes, that smiley face is an emoji from Tasha smiling of happiness, for my wife and I because the sale of our house happened.
