Shane always has gone above and beyond for us. In both instances, we were going through the home building process, and the first time through, it was all very foreign to us. In the last year, my family moved from Bismarck to Moorhead. We asked our Bismarck agent to get us in contact with someone we could trust, and Diane was the person.
Needing a flexible schedule to view houses, as we needed to travel 3 hours every time we needed to view houses, Diane was always accommodating. There was never a time we requested, that she was unavailable. There were 4 separate weekends where we went to view houses, the first 3 visits, we did not love any house we visited. But we never felt pressured to buy a house that Diane showed us, and she made it clear to us that she did not want to pressure us into something we did not want. She was not looking to make a quick sell, rather, was looking for our best interests. One of the qualities we liked so much about Diane on our visits, was her knowledge. She would point out areas of houses that would need work (i.e. leaky faucets, sump pump maintenance required, water damage around windows, etc...), like I said, she was not looking for a quick sell. She was working in our best interests, and wanted us to be fully informed, and she did exactly that.
On our 4th visit, with Diane's help, we did find the house we wanted, and we loved (and 9 months later, we still do).

So thank you for not saying so but just being you and in your oh oh so nice way saying I’m sure there is a deodorizer we can find…. The new carpet and paint investment was worth every dollar.
So while you assisted with letting in contractors, painters, assessors, put on the open houses completed private showings, you also went WAY above and beyond but assuring that a leak that had been observed at the time of the final appraisal was repaired and no further issues were noted!
All of these things along with great attention to the details and tenacity throughout the project helped me get top dollar in my neighborhood and price bracket!

The only feedback I would give is that we were selling a rental property which was vacant, but we were not informed each time the home was showed, or when people were doing walk throughs in the home. We were told some of the time, but it would have been nice to have been more informed on this. True, the house was vacant, but it was still our home and we would have appreciated a heads up.
Otherwise, our experience was absolutely phenomenal and we will go back to Park Company again for our future real estate needs!

We first met Our realtor Jenny Schuster 15 years ago, when we moved from Iowa to FM area. She really became my first friend here. Over the years she has helped us buy and sell several homes. After meeting Tasha at the kiosk in the mall one Sunday, she gave us the impression that buying a house wasn’t as hard or complicated as we thought. The whole process took a couple of years for us, and during that time she was very patient; checking in on us and giving us advice and information that made house buying pretty attainable. In the end there were 3 offers on the house including ours but we got it! During the paperwork, negotiations, etc. that followed Jenn kept us up to date on everything and explained what steps were next each step of the way. That alone was so above and beyond, and along with everything else she did to help us through the process, I can still hardly believe it. We were so lucky to have her!

When new houses came on the market he was truthful about features and which ones did/did not meet our needs. Based upon that, we would decide whether to look. Once we found our new home, James provided us with a nice structure for completing the purchase agreement. He gave suggestions on how to add or omit options that would help attract the seller to our purchase request, which worked!!
As we completed documents throughout the closing process, we decided to sign everything electronically. This was an extremely easy process and James was once again detailed in his documentation. If we had questions because of the legal jargon, he clarified easily. He was with us throughout the closing and as questions popped up in the days after.
