What's the Difference Between a Buyer's Market vs Seller's Market?
"Let’s talk briefly about the differences between a buyer’s market and a seller’s market and the advantages of both.
In a seller’s market, a seller is able to sell their home quickly and for top dollar, whereas in a buyer’s market, the home may take longer to sell, and the seller may have to make some concessions for the buyer. While a buyer’s market is a slower moving market, it also offers buyers a chance to be more flexible in their home shopping experience. Where in a seller’s market, buyers need to move more quickly to get the home they want.
