As Director, Closing Services, Kelly is responsible for working with each agent, once a purchase agreement has been accepted, to ensure a smooth closing for each transaction. The Director, Closing Services informs the agents of potential documentation that may be necessary for individual situations.

Based on information provided by agents pertaining to their individual clients, Kelly also works with lenders and title companies to close the transaction. Some other services provided to include:

Comparison of settlement statement with contract information and notifying closing company of necessary corrections
Scheduling closing date, time, and location with the closing company
Preparing addenda for escrow funds held after closing
Answering client questions regarding the closing process
Providing information on each transaction to closing company
Depositing earnest money and managing the trust account
Assisting agents and sellers in finding solutions to title problems as they arise
Sending final information to MLS for comparable sales data
Confirming abstract location and arranging for updating.

Kelly is also a Broker Associate and worked in residential real estate sales for two years before moving into this position. She has been with Park Company since 2000.
